SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and location. Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days within the United States.

Some oversized or heavy parts may require freight shipping. If your order requires freight, our team will contact you to confirm shipping arrangements and any additional charges before the order ships.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact us for assistance.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@spx-parts.com with photos of the package and product. We will assist with replacement or claim filing.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original packaging.

  • Electrical parts and special-order items are non-returnable.

  • Any item that shows signs of installation or use will not be eligible for return.

Return Authorization Required
Before sending anything back, please contact us at support@spx-parts.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA). Returns received without prior authorization may be rejected.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item sent). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply on certain items, especially for non-defective returns.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return. To request cancellation, email support@spx-parts.com as soon as possible.
